Where is my order?

Once your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email immediately, followed by tracking details within 24 hours of processing. We allow a 24-hour window before dispatch to ensure all order details are correct and to accommodate any last-minute changes.

If you have a customer account on our website, your tracking information will also be updated in your customer portal. If your order is delayed or you haven’t received tracking information, please contact us at orders@hyggebikes.com with your order ID or fill in the support or contact us form with the same details.

We have three strategically located fulfillment centers—two in Europe and one in the UK—ensuring fast, safe, and reliable delivery to all European countries and across the United Kingdom.

My E-Bike is not working. What should I do?

Email support@hyggebikes.com or fill in the support form with details, error codes, or images. We’ll assist with troubleshooting or arrange a fix and solution.

Where are your manuals?

You can scan the QR code on the E-Bike box or the QR code on the additional items box inside your E-Bike main box to access a digital version of the manual, which can be downloaded to any device. Alternatively, you can visit our manuals page [insert link] to find it. We offer only digital manuals to reduce paper waste and stay as green as possible.

Where can I take my E-Bike for service or repairs?

You can visit our service map page to locate authorised service partners in your area. If no service partners are available near you, we’ll find one for you! Simply contact us at support@hyggebikes.com, through our support form, or via our contact page with your order ID and details about your inability to find a nearby service shop. We’ll take care of the rest.

Are your E-Bikes road legal and compliant?

Yes, all Hygge Bikes E-Bikes are 100% road legal in the EU and the UK. They comply with EPAC regulations, featuring 250W motors and a locked speed of 15.5 mph (25 km/h).

Unlike some brands that allow speed limiters to be removed, our E-Bikes are built to prevent tampering, ensuring full compliance. This means you can ride worry-free without the risk of fines or siezure.
