Maintenance & Troubleshooting
My E-Bike is showing an error code. What should I do?
Contact support@hyggebikes.com or fill in the Support From with the error code for troubleshooting. You can find a list of what your error codes mean in the manual but we suggest to contact us for a quicker resolution.
My E-Bike part broke. What should I do?
Email support@hyggebikes.com or fill in the Support Form with:
- Your order ID
- A description of the issue
- Clear images of the damaged part
We’ll take care of everything and get you back on the road.
Are Hygge Batteries safe?
Yes! Our Samsung-powered batteries meet the highest safety standards. If your battery fails under warranty, we will replace it promptly.
Why am I getting less range than advertised?
E-Bike range varies due to:
- Weight of rider & cargo
- Pedal assist level
- Speed & incline
- Tire pressure
- Battery charge & LCD settings
If range is significantly lower than expected, contact support@hyggebikes.com or fill in the support form.
My battery performance has decreased. What should I do?
To maintain battery health:
- Charge to 100% at least once a month.
- Avoid storing in cold temperatures for long periods.
Do you stock spare parts for old and new Hygge E-Bike models?
Yes, we stock spare parts, which you can order from our Spare Parts page. If the part you need is not available, simply fill out the support form with your request, and we will provide you with options to get one to you as soon as possible.
