Delivery Across the EU & UK
We deliver to all European countries and the United Kingdom, ensuring a smooth and reliable shipping experience. Orders are typically delivered within 5 working days from the date of purchase.

No Customs Fees – We ship from within the EU for EU orders and within the UK for UK orders, so you’ll never face customs clearance charges.

Full Tracking – A tracking link is emailed to you and added to your account (if created), so you can monitor your delivery in real-time.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 24 hours before dispatch.
Orders placed on weekends are processed on the next business day.
Delivery Coordination

Need to change your delivery date? Email us at orders@hyggebikes.com, and we’ll coordinate with the carrier.

If no changes are requested, the carrier will contact you before delivery.

If you're unavailable, the carrier will either attempt delivery the next day or arrange a local depot pickup.
Possible Delays
During high-demand periods such as Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Christmas, bank holidays, and Easter, deliveries may take slightly longer due to increased courier network volumes.
