Refund policy
General Instructions
Returns must be made within 30 days from the date of collection of your order to ensure successful processing of your refund. To initiate a return, please email returns@hyggebikes.com, and we will contact you to confirm the criteria for return and make arrangements for collection from your location of choice whether it is from EU or from the UK. We serve both regions due to our multiple facilities.
Returns for Non-Defective / Unwanted Products
- Must be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- Returned items must meet the following conditions:
- Unused and in resellable condition.
- In their original packaging, with all tags still attached.
- Do not attach labels or tape directly to the product packaging—only to the external shipping package.
Note: If the items do not meet these criteria, Hygge Bikes reserves the right to refuse the return or apply a reduced refund amount.
Refund Processing
Once the returned items are received and inspected at our warehouse, refunds are typically processed within 14 days.
Returns for Defective Items
- Defective items can be returned within 30 days of delivery at no cost to the customer.
- After inspection at our warehouse to confirm the defect, a full refund will be issued or an exchange offered should customers choose.
Refund Processing
Refunds will be processed within 14 business days after a defect has been verified for delivered items. For orders that have not yet been dispatched or have been cancelled early, refunds will be processed within 24 hours.
