Our refunds & returns policy lasts 14 days from the delivery of your item. If 14 days have passed, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

We have a stringent returns policy in place which states that returns will only be accepted if the bike is unused, in a resalable condition and in its original packaging. If this returns policy is passed then we would contact you and then request the customers send their bike back to our warehouse and when received and checked, we will arrange the refund.

If the return is requested due to a customer change of mind, then they are expected to pay the £50 return delivery charge and £100 restocking fee. If the return is requested due to a faulty product or damaged on delivery, then we would not expect the customer to pay for the return.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If your item is approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment as soon as possible.

If you are returning an item, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
